This fall, we’re excited to welcome back a familiar face to Amavi Cellars! Chef Yara of Wingman Birdz + Brewz, the chef behind some of our favorite wine club brunches over the past few years, is returning to create an all-new Wine & Food Pairing Experience.

If you’ve joined us for wine club brunch, you may remember her Chicken & Waffles, Braised Short Ribs Eggs Benedict, and her incredible dishes for the Progressive Tasting Showdown. Now, Chef Yara is bringing that same creativity to a thoughtfully crafted three-course tasting experience featuring our newest Fall Release wines.

2024 Cabernet Sauvignon | New Fall Release

Portobello & Lamb Sausage Sauté

Savory lamb sausage and portobello mushrooms sautéed with bell peppers and scallions, served over creamy Manchego cheese polenta and finished with a silky red wine sauce.

2024 Les Collines Syrah | New Club-Exclusive Fall Release

Angus Beef Slider with Bacon & Onion Jam

A juicy Angus beef slider layered with savory bacon and onion jam over fresh arugula, finished with a blueberry and blue cheese balsamic sauce on a sweet slider bun.

2025 Sémillon

Honey & Soy Poached Pear Cheesecake

A delicate honey and soy poached pear filled with creamy cheesecake and drizzled with a Sémillon salted caramel sauce. A sweet finish to our fall tasting experience!
