Winemaker Dinner at Walla Walla Steak Co

November 18 |  6:00 PM |  Walla Walla, WA

Experience an evening where Walla Walla wine and cuisine come together at Walla Walla Steak Co. Amavi Cellars and our sister winery, Pepper Bridge Winery, are teaming up for a five-course winemaker dinner featuring a menu created by Chef Jacob “Jake” Crenshaw and his culinary team.

Chef Jake brings deep roots in the Walla Walla Valley culinary community, most recently serving as Director of Culinary Arts at Walla Walla Community College and previously as Executive Chef at Abeja.

Throughout the evening, five thoughtfully crafted courses will be paired with selections from Amavi Cellars and Pepper Bridge Winery. The featured wines are crafted by Director of Winemaking Jean-François Pellet and our shared winemaking team, bringing two distinct winery portfolios to the table for one memorable evening.

Jean-François will join guests throughout dinner, sharing the stories behind the wines, insights into the winemaking process, and what makes each pairing unique.
